Assigning Your Personal Representative

After you’ve enrolled, we’ll assign you your Personal Service Representative (PSR). They’ll get to know you and your needs to help make things easier for you. And be assured that your Personal Representative is part of a full Member Services team who is there to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So you can get answers whenever you need them, even if your PSR isn’t immediately available.
